High court issues notice to AP gestapo DGP on Vakapapalli gang rapes

Andhra Pradesh High Court judges Justice Singhvi and Justice Nagarjuna Reddy issued notice to Andhra Pradesh police aka gestapo DGP Basith on Vakapalli gang rapes committed by greyhounds police. DGP Basith tried to defend greyhounds gestapo by arguing that gang rapes didn't happen and it was fictious story created by Maoists. Andhra Pradesh Girijana Samakhya filed case in High Court requesting for CBI investigation on Vakapalli gang rapes. High Court issued notice to DGP when High Court lawyer S Rama Chandra Rao asked "how did Home Minister and DGP give clean certificate to police without any inquiry about those gang rapes".
